SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of completed payment.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect according to the order placed, we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional charge to you. Promptly after receiving the product, take pictures of the product and its packaging, making sure any damage or defects (or the label in case of an incorrect item) are in frame, and attach the images to your e-mail to us.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Nature's Compass will not be responsible for any duties or import taxes on the delivery of our products. Any fees will be at the sole discretion of the customer.

SHIPPING RATES

We use free shipping whenever possible. Orders typically arrive within 7 days of completed payment.
To request expedited shipping, specify this in your order notes when checking out, then contact us at hello@naturescompass.com. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any fees incurred.

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with everything you purchase from us. If you are not absolutely satisfied with something you have received from us, we want to know.

CONDITIONS

Only faulty products purchased directly through the Nature's Compas online store are eligible for free return, exchange, refund or store credit.

You must request your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

Instead of replacement, you may request any product or combination of products totaling up to the original price you paid for the defective, damaged, incorrect, or returned product.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of issuing the return reference number.

Any items returned are subject to inspection before issuing the refund, replacement, or store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cover all the costs of sending you a replacement.

Refunds will be issued through your original payment method.
Limit one request per item on the original order.

BACKORDERS

If any item on your order is not in stock at the time your order is processed, we will ship the portion of your order that is available in stock and inform you of any backordered items and expected delays. Once the items remaining on your order become available, we will ship them to you at no additional cost.

If any item is not available in a reasonable time, you may request credit, or replacement, at no additional cost.
